KDEZ is the Voice of the Salton Sea. We are volunteer-run community radio for the Imperial and Coachella valleys. And beyond.

Voice of the Salton Sea (VOSS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit out of Bombay Beach, California, where we operate the lowest radio station on this side of the world.

The communities around the Salton Sea are isolated from each other and from the rest of the world. KDEZ 91.1 FM exists to change that.

We air the stories and sounds of the Sea, teach our community to make the radio they want to hear, and support artists who work with transmission and frequency as their medium.
